Mrs. Beatrice Oluwasina: Managing Director/CEO

Mrs. Oluwasina is a trained lawyer and a seasoned banker with well over 25 years experience in the banking sector is the Managing Director/CEO.

Mrs. Oluwasina obtained a Bachelors of Law Degree (LL.B) from the University of Benin in 1986. She thereafter proceeded to the University of Borno for a Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) graduating with a distinction in International Economic Law in 1989. She obtained Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Borno in 1994 specializing in Management and Marketing. In the course of her banking career, she attended various courses locally and overseas. 

Mrs. Oluwasina had a stint in private law practice from 1987 to 1989 before joining the Central Bank of Nigeria where she retired from in June 2006. Her well over 16 years career at the CBN took her through different strategic departments in the Organization, acquiring and garnering invaluable experience in administration, International trade and foreign exchange management through policies formation. She also delivered a number of papers in International trade documentations, controls and Foreign Exchange guidelines. She was also a bank examiner in the Other financial Institutions Department (OFID) where she led various teams to Community Banks, Primary Mortgage Institutions, Finance companies and Bureaux de change for examination and supervision.

Mrs. Oluwasina is a Certified Microfinance (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Olusegun Iwaotan: Head, Internal Audit and Compliance

Olusegun Iwaotan is a graduate of Accounting from University of Ado-Ekiti and currently a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Before coming on board Capstone, he had worked in several organizations. He was Chief Accountant with GICHI Limited, Ikoyi, Borno; Chief Accountant with Tom Associates and Account Officer, Wisepex International Enterprises, Borno

Mr. Iwaotan has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Borno State University, Borno. He has completed the Microfinance Certification Program of the Central Bank of Nigeria with MCIB.

Mr. Daniel Egbuwoku: Head, Operations  Unit

Mr. Daniel Egbuwoku is a Business Administration graduate  of  Covenant University and has an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is very versatile in the operations of microfinance. A highly proactive team player, who started his career as an accounts officer at the Ekiti State Governors Office, Ekiti. Prior to becoming the head of Operations, he had gone through different departments including Finance/Administration, Operations etc. He is also a Certified Microfinance (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute  of Bankers of Nigeria. He is an Associate member of other professional Institutions such as Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), Institue of Loans & Risk Management of Nigeria (ILRM). He has also engaged in numerous Capacity building programs.

Helen Ajifowowe: Head, Risk Unit

Mrs Helen Ajifowowe B.A; MBA; MCIB. Head, Risk Unit has over 15 years banking experience and had attended various trainings on enterprise risk management.

Oladipo Fatoyinbo: Head, Credit and Marketing Unit

Mr Oladipo Fatoyinbo B.SC Accounting; MCIB. Head, Credit and Marketing Unit is an experienced banker  and certified as microfinance banker.
